Gucci Girls

Hello Lovelies, Sorry about not posting for a while. Things have gotten really busy for us ever since the holiday season arrived. Regardless of that, we hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving!  We for sure did. Zimmie and I ate too much and laughed too hard but that’s what makes the holidays so much fun. For this look Zimmie is wearing a black sweater with balloon sleeves. She wore green floral statement pants and belted them with the classic Gucci Marmont belt. Zee is wearing a metallic lace tank. For warmth she wore a blazer dress from Topshop tied open,  paired with her cropped flare jeans. For shoes Zee is wearing suede so kate pumps. Zimmie is wearing deep red sling back pumps from Zara. Thank you for reading and happy holidays!   until next time Ciao!

Two is Better

NYFW Day 2

Hello Lovelies, On the second day of NYFW I was beginning to get use to the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the craziness NYC was very inspiring, especially in the  Soho neighborhood.  Everything from the people to the street art was very beautiful. Our photographer found this walkway which leads up to the Nomo Soho hotel, where this shot was taken. Absolutely stunning if I say so myself.  I wore this plaid  blazer from Gap which I ended up thrifting from the Goodwill. The blazer only cost me $7, for something that is trending at the moment that’s a good deal! I paired it with a simple black body suit from Forever 21. A piece every girl should have in her wardrobe. And of course my Ray Ban hexagonal sunglasses which I can’t stop wearing. I wore my double G Gucci belt with a pair of J brand jeans. I love these jeans because they not only make my butt look good but they hit me at a perfect spot. The raw hem detail adds a trendy touch to such a put together outfit. For a pop of color, I wore these mustard yellow pumps I picked up from…

Green for transitioning into Fall

Hello Lovelies, Summer is coming to an end, which means  Fall is just around the corner. Personally Fall is my favorite season because of all the fun accessories we get to wear such as giant scarves and  hats. Even though the weather is not cold enough to wear those things, you can still get your wardrobe ready for the upcoming season. The color green is going to be big for Fall. So in preparation for the season going out and getting items in that color will let you wear them now and later. I personally went out and picked up this fabulous green pleated midi skirt from Zara which you can get by clicking here. The metallic finish on the skirt adds an elevated touch which is always a good thing. I really love this skirt because I can wear it while its still hot by styling it with a basic tank top and sandals as shown. Or when the weather gets colder I can style it with a chunky sweater and booties. I love having the ability to wear an item anytime of year. That is why this skirt is a great choice! Now that you know green anything will…

This season’s statement earring for less

Hello lovlies! All over social media and various fashion blogs, I’ve been seeing these statement earrings! More than likely you have too. It seems everyone and their mom has them in every color. I like to call them “gumball earrings” because they remind me of just that, gumballs. These  earrings can go up to $220 depending on the designer. To me that’s a joke, “ain’t nobody got time for that”. In this post I’ve put together an assortment of this season’s statement earring from various retailers. All of which are at great price points. Shop now and thank me later. Ciao!

Gingham with a Flare

Hello Lovlies! In the summer heat I like to keep my outfits comfy and chic. The last thing I  want to be doing is worrying about how I look, instead of focusing on having fun. I wore this off the shoulder gingham top which I picked up from Forever 21 and styled it with a simple but cute black flare skirt from BCBGMAXAZRIA. For a pop of color, I wore my red Gucci Disco bag and for shoes I kept it simple with my black  Steve Madden heels.   I hope this look inspires you to dress chic with out compromising on comfort.
