Leopard Sophistication

Hello Lovelies, Fall is here! Yay!! As you know it is one of my favorite seasons because, there are endless looks to be served! For my first look of the season, I wore this fabulous leopard print coat  from Club Monaco. To add some shape I belted it with my go to Gucci Marmont belt. I swear every girl needs this in their closet. I feel that it adds an instant chic factor to any look! To accessorize I wore a classic black beret  from my local Forever 21. My cat eye sunglasses are from Zara. I was totally channeling my inner Olivia Pope in this outfit. My white statement boots are from Jeffrey Campbell, I picked them up from Nordstrom! They are a great dupe for the Balenciaga knife boots which I’ve been seeing all over! Until Next time, Ciao!

NYFW Day 2

Hello Lovelies, On the second day of NYFW I was beginning to get use to the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the craziness NYC was very inspiring, especially in the  Soho neighborhood.  Everything from the people to the street art was very beautiful. Our photographer found this walkway which leads up to the Nomo Soho hotel, where this shot was taken. Absolutely stunning if I say so myself.  I wore this plaid  blazer from Gap which I ended up thrifting from the Goodwill. The blazer only cost me $7, for something that is trending at the moment that’s a good deal! I paired it with a simple black body suit from Forever 21. A piece every girl should have in her wardrobe. And of course my Ray Ban hexagonal sunglasses which I can’t stop wearing. I wore my double G Gucci belt with a pair of J brand jeans. I love these jeans because they not only make my butt look good but they hit me at a perfect spot. The raw hem detail adds a trendy touch to such a put together outfit. For a pop of color, I wore these mustard yellow pumps I picked up from…

NYFW Day 1

Hello lovelies, I was blessed enough to have the opportunity to attend this years NYFW. As soon as the plane landed in New York I was way too excited, I felt like I was going to explode. Just months before the trip my blogger friend and I were planning every little detail for our stay. We ended up staying right on wall street at an air b n b which was a luxury loft. I absolutely loved it. Despite the careful planning I didn’t have my outfits planned to a T like most fashion bloggers do for fashion week. So I went with the number one fashion rule when it comes to not knowing what to wear, and that is wear black. When in doubt wear black is a rule I swear by. For my first look I ended up wearing a shear body suit  from Forever 21. I tucked that into a leather pleated skirt I got from crossroads for only $7! Draped my moto jacket from Zara over my shoulders and wore my strap heels from Aldo and called it a day. Of course I could not forget to throw on a pair of sunglasses to add that…

Green for transitioning into Fall

Hello Lovelies, Summer is coming to an end, which means  Fall is just around the corner. Personally Fall is my favorite season because of all the fun accessories we get to wear such as giant scarves and  hats. Even though the weather is not cold enough to wear those things, you can still get your wardrobe ready for the upcoming season. The color green is going to be big for Fall. So in preparation for the season going out and getting items in that color will let you wear them now and later. I personally went out and picked up this fabulous green pleated midi skirt from Zara which you can get by clicking here. The metallic finish on the skirt adds an elevated touch which is always a good thing. I really love this skirt because I can wear it while its still hot by styling it with a basic tank top and sandals as shown. Or when the weather gets colder I can style it with a chunky sweater and booties. I love having the ability to wear an item anytime of year. That is why this skirt is a great choice! Now that you know green anything will…

Chic with a Pop of Color

Hello Lovelies, By now you know that I love incorporating pops of red into my outfits. I just can’t seem to help myself! For this look I decided to take it to the next level by adding my So Kate Christian Louboutins. Yes they are very beautiful shoes and yes they hurt like hell. I wore my off the shoulder Zara button up and tucked it into a red flare skirt which I also just so happen to pick up from Zara. The sleeves on the shirt are such a subtle statement putting a nice twist on a classic piece. To be honest this outfit had me feeling like Elle Woods, patiently waiting outside the courthouse for her next hearing. For accessories I styled my leather double G belt from Gucci and used my Chanel jumbo flap bag. I’m so obsessed with these two accessories, they won’t be going away anytime soon.
